The IT Manager app offers a comprehensive suite of features for remote network monitoring and management. It provides support for a wide range of networks and devices, including VMware, Windows, Active Directory, SQL Server, MySQL, iLO, iDRAC, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer, Microsoft Exchange, Hyper-V, SSH, Telnet, Amazon Web Services (AWS), RDP, VNC, Apple Remote Desktop (ARD), routers, switches, and more.

One notable feature of the IT Manager app is its compatibility with the Apple Watch. Users can conveniently access server dashboard monitoring data and receive downtime notifications directly on their Apple Watch.

 <li>Windows Servers: The app allows users to perform various tasks such as shutdown and reboot, system information retrieval, Windows service management, RDP connection, event log viewing, file exploration, PowerShell command execution, task management, DHCP and DNS management, shared folder access, task scheduling, printer management, remote desktop services administration (RDS), WSUS management, Windows update monitoring, user session management, and local user and group administration.</li>
 <li>Active Directory: Users can efficiently manage users, groups, and computers within the Active Directory environment. They have the ability to reset passwords, unlock accounts, and perform other administrative tasks.</li>
 <li>VMware, Hyper-V and Citrix XenServer: The app allows users to start, stop, and reset virtual machines. They can also view the status of virtual machines and take screenshots. Additionally, users can connect to the console for further management tasks.</li>
 <li>HP iLO & Dell iDRAC Management: Users can access detailed system health information for HP iLO and Dell iDRAC devices. They can power off, power on, and reset systems, as well as enable and disable the UID Identifier Lights. The app also facilitates changing the One-time Boot option and provides a convenient remote console access feature.</li>
 <li>Microsoft Exchange: With this app, users can efficiently create, edit, and delete mailboxes and groups within Microsoft Exchange.</li>
 <li>SSH and Telnet: Users can establish a remote terminal console connection to Unix, mainframes, or routers. They can run commands or programs on the terminal using the app.</li>
 <li>VNC, ARD & RDP: The app offers full mobile support for VNC, Windows RDP, and Apple Remote Desktop clients. Users can connect to their computers, view the screen, and control the mouse and keyboard.</li>
 <li>Amazon Web Services (AWS): Users can remotely manage their Amazon AWS environment with ease using this app. It enables viewing, analyzing, and instant control of EC2, S3, IAM, and Elastic Beanstalk.</li>
 <li>Google Workspace: The app simplifies the management of users, groups, devices, browsers, domains, and reports within Google Workspace. Users have the ability to reset passwords as well.</li>
 <li>Citrix XenApp: Users can perform various tasks like disconnecting sessions, logging out users, sending messages to sessions, managing applications, machines, and delivery groups within Citrix XenApp.</li>
 <li>Office 365: The app facilitates efficient management of users, groups, and licenses within Office 365.</li>
 <li>Monitoring: With the IT Manager app, users can monitor servers for uptime using various protocols such as Ping, HTTP, TCP, SNMP, and Windows CPU, disk, and memory monitoring. They can choose to receive notifications via email, SMS, push notifications, Apple Watch, or PagerDuty.</li>
 <li>Network Tools: The app also includes essential network tools like Ping, Traceroute, DNS Lookup, Whois, Subnet Calculator, and Network Speedtest.</li>
 <li>Web Browser Management: Users can manage web-based user interfaces of routers, switches, network-attached storage devices, and printers. Compatible devices include those from Cisco, Netgear, Mikrotik, D-Link, Asus, IBM, EMC, NetApp, Synology, HP, and more.</li>
 <li>Subscription Options: The IT Manager app provides a free 14-day trial of the ITmanager.net service. After the trial period ends, users must purchase a subscription. Different subscription plans are available for monthly purchase:</li>

 <li>Lite: Includes SSH, Telnet, VNC, RDP, ARD access and two monitors.</li>
 <li>Standard: Includes all Lite features plus access to Windows management features (including Office 365), AWS management features (including 10 monitors), and G Suite management features.</li>
 <li>Professional: Includes all Standard features plus access to Active Directory management features, Exchange management features, VMware and Hyper-V management features, Citrix XenServer management features, and unlimited monitors.</li>
 <li>Enterprise: Includes all Professional features plus access to HP iLO and Dell iDRAC management features, PagerDuty integration, Custom Management API access, and Custom Monitoring API access.</li>

Payment for the subscription will be charged to the user's iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew every month or year, 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage their subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through their iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
