The IT Manager app offers a comprehensive suite of features for remote network monitoring and management. It provides support for a wide range of networks and devices, including VMware, Windows, Active Directory, SQL Server, MySQL, iLO, iDRAC, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer, Microsoft Exchange, Hyper-V, SSH, Telnet, Amazon Web Services (AWS), RDP, VNC, Apple Remote Desktop (ARD), routers, switches, and more.

One notable feature of the IT Manager app is its compatibility with the Apple Watch. Users can conveniently access server dashboard monitoring data and receive downtime notifications directly on their Apple Watch.

• Windows Servers: The app allows users to perform various tasks such as shutdown and reboot, system information retrieval, Windows service management, RDP connection, event log viewing, file exploration, PowerShell command execution, task management, DHCP and DNS management, shared folder access, task scheduling, printer management, remote desktop services administration (RDS), WSUS management, Windows update monitoring, user session management, and local user and group administration.
• Active Directory: Users can efficiently manage users, groups, and computers within the Active Directory environment. They have the ability to reset passwords, unlock accounts, and perform other administrative tasks.

• Subscription Options: The IT Manager app provides a free 14-day trial of the ITmanager.net service. After the trial period ends, users must purchase a subscription. Different subscription plans are available for monthly purchase:

1. Lite: Includes SSH, Telnet, VNC, RDP, ARD access and two monitors.
2. Standard: Includes all Lite features plus access to Windows management features (including Office 365), AWS management features (including 10 monitors), and G Suite management features.
3. Professional: Includes all Standard features plus access to Active Directory management features, Exchange management features, VMware and Hyper-V management features, Citrix XenServer management features, and unlimited monitors.
4. Enterprise: Includes all Professional features plus access to HP iLO and Dell iDRAC management features, PagerDuty integration, Custom Management API access, and Custom Monitoring API access.

Payment for the subscription will be charged to the user's iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew every month or year, 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage their subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through their iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
